Returns

Audio Source will accept returns of purchased stock under the following conditions and charges.


Stocked Lines

  • Within 30 days from invoice date stock will be accepted back at no charge.
  • After 30 days from invoice date a 10% re stocking fee will be charged.
  • After 90 days stock will not be accepted back.
  • Products must be returned in 'as new' saleable condition.
  • It must include all original packaging, documentation, manuals, cabling and accessories.
  • It is the responsibility of the purchaser to return stock to Audio Source.


Non Stocked Lines

  • Within 30 days from invoice date a 20% return fee will be charged.
  • After 30 days from invoice date stock will not be accepted back.
  • Products must be returned in 'as new' saleable condition.
  • It must include all original packaging, documentation, manuals, cabling and accessories.
  • It is the responsibility of the purchaser to return stock to Audio Source.


All claims require a copy of the Audio Source return request form completed and presented with the product when returning.
