Warranty Claim Information

All Warranty claims require a copy of the Audio Source warranty repair form completed and presented with the product when returning along with a copy of the invoice.

Please note a MINIMUM CHARGE is payable if no fault is found and time is spent analysing the unit. It is up to the Dealer to check the equipment and double check the fault before sending it back to the repair agent.

DOA Warranty Information

Faulty products returned within 20 days of purchase to Audio Source will be replaced with brand new units.

All claims require a copy of the Audio Source warranty repair form completed and presented with the product when returning.
